SCHOLARSHIP
The Rex Hitchcock Memorial Scholarship was created to reward local students for graduation and the pursuit of higher education. One student is selected from each of our nine service counties.
Eligibility
Eight of the nine selected students, will receive a one-time $5000 scholarship. Paid in two installments (first and second semesters) with proof of enrollment for each semester in an accredited school such as a four-year university, two-year community college, or trade school.
One of the selected students will receive a recurring $5000 scholarship for up to 5 years (10 semesters) with proof of continued enrollment in an accredited school such as a four-year university, two-year community college, or trade school.
- Be a graduating senior planning for a diploma, certificate, or degree at an accredited school such as a four-year university, two-year community college, or trade school.

Be graduating from a school in Putnam, White, Overton, Cumberland, Fentress, Morgan, Roane, Anderson, or Scott counties in Tennessee.

Not be a family member of any employee, director, or retiree of One Bank of Tennessee or any of its affiliates.

Submit scholarship application with a letter of recommendation in person or online by March 31st.

Show proof of graduation (a physical diploma or completed transcripts) and proof of enrollment in the institution of higher education (Copy of student schedule or enrollment documents) before the scholarship installments will be paid to the selected student.
