Popi is our new face-to-face, remote banking service featuring a live associate who can take care of pretty much all your banking needs. Need to open an account, securely share documents, or set up a wire transfer? Popi is available on your phone, your computer, and in select One Bank branches.
What is Popi?
Popi lets you conduct your bank business via secure video chat on your phone, tablet, or computer, so you can do most—if not all—of your banking without even coming to the bank. Select branches also have an on-site Popi suite, which can offer a little extra privacy compared to banking in our lobby.
Why should I pick Popi?
You can start a Popi session from our website or mobile app, or in our on-site Popi suite. The software will verify your identity and then connect you with one of our friendly associates for your transaction.
Popi lets you conduct almost any transaction that can be completed with an associate inside the bank, including:
• Open a savings or checking account
• Apply for a business account
• Sign and share documents securely
• Securely share photo IDs for verification
• Set up a wire transfer

Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-4:30 pm
